Please be aware that we are usually out and about on a mountain, river or driving during the daytime so please leave a message and phone number and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
Online payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard only and will incur a 2.5% payment charge, which is included in the final price. All other taxes are included.
All bookings require a 20% non-refundable deposit.
The remaining 80% is required within 48 hours of departure.
However if the trip is cancelled for any reason whatsoever until 48 hours prior to travel, the remaining 80% will be refunded.
Any cancellations made after the commencement of the trip will be subject to consideration for a partial refund of no more than 40%of the total fare.
Exceptions may be allowed depending on the particular circumstances and must be submitted to management of Pathfinder Tours Ltd NZ.
All decisions are final and are up to the discretion of Management of Pathfinder Tours Ltd NZ.
PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A MINIMUM OF TWO PEOPLE REQUIRED TO MAKE THE INITIAL BOOKING. IF YOU PREFER THE ENTIRE CHALET FOR YOUR GROUP (MIN 4 PEOPLE) THEN PLEASE CONTACT US PERSONALLY PRIOR TO BOOKING TO MAKE PERSONAL ARRANGEMENTS.
